We built the suite we wanted to use
TRUO.co comes out of running infrastructure for businesses for years and seeing the same problem over and over: email in one place, files in another, the video call somewhere else, and a separate bill for each of them.
How we work
The suite runs on our own servers. It isn't a branded layer on top of somebody else's email, which is why we can answer for what happens inside it.
There's no advertising and no ad profiles. Your data isn't sold and isn't used to train models: it isn't part of the business model.
The infrastructure is in the United States and Canada. We state it in the privacy policy instead of hinting at somewhere that would sound better.
Email, files, documents, calendar, contacts, meetings and the AI assistant are bought together and work together, with nothing to integrate.
Who you're contracting with
The suite is contracted with Truobox SpA, a company incorporated in Chile. It's the entity that invoices, that signs the terms and that you can bring a claim against. The full details are in the header of every legal document.
